Sasha Wren – Make-Up Artist

Sasha says:  ‘I graduated Southampton Solent University in November 2011, after studying Makeup Design for Music, Film and Photography for 3 years and since then a lot of fun things have happened for me! I entered a world wide makeup competition and was selected to compete in the final 4 in London where I designed a creative look which was inspired by autumn crisp leaves and texture on the body. My design was judged by my makeup idol Alex Box, Vivienne Westwood’s son, Magazine editors and Beauty/Makeup Bloggers, and the world could vote for my design to win online. Amazingly I won both, the judges vote and the online vote and went to a celeb masquerade ball to collect my prizes- £2500, £500 of makeup and I get to assist Alex Box and have work printed! This is a dream come true and I get to assist Alex Box in May!! I have also been lucky to be hired by Bobbi Brown, where I give makeup lessons and work on fun shoots and events with the brand. One day I would like to be a successful makeup designer, designing looks for magazines and catwalks!

I also work freelance and am available for bridal and other occasion hair and makeup, work on photo shoots, catwalks, body paints…’

We are not looking for those people with unusual hobbies, what we are looking for are people who are great at what they do.

For example: If you’re a great singer, dancer, actor, sportsperson, model, designer or artist we’d love to hear from you!

Darcie Judson – Photographer

Darcie says:  ‘Photography has taken a hold of me since 2009. I had many ambitions I wanted to pursue, but nothing has had quite an effect on me as photography has.
Since enrolling at college this year, I’ve learnt how to use a film camera and to develop black and white film, using a professional studio with studio lighting and even re-creating album covers. As well as this, I have developed a work ethic that I didn’t know existed, a hunger for this business and a determination to make this into a career. With this new height of ambition I’ve achieved my first top grade in my last assignment and hope to go to university in 2014′

Ellie Kemp – Artist

Ellie is from Bedfordshire – she works full time in a hairdressers but her passion has always been art.

She takes photographs, projects them and handpaints onto canvas using acrylic.
She also creates unique personalised portaits, name plaques and other wooden gifts.

Ellie thought she should be Imetastar.com’s ‘New Star of the Month’ because she wants to reach for the stars!! … and we agree!

Ellie has recently designed zodiac symbols for imetastar’s celebrity birthday feature

BEN STOCKER

imetastar identified Ben as a potential male model in 2011 and arranged his first ever photo shoot.

Subsequently he  signed to Elite Model Management and secured his first shoot with Superdry.

He has also completed a shoot with Express Newspapers and several more assignments with Superdry and others – he is now very much in demand. Fantastic!
